Fluff - dictionary definitions - thought we were spending so much time determining if the share reduction was fluff, we should define the term.

Fluff (noun)
1. light, downy particles, as of cotton.
2. a soft, light, downy mass: a fluff of summer clouds.
3. something of no consequence: The book is pure fluff, but fun to read.
4. an error or blunder, esp. an actor's memory lapse in the delivery of lines.

Just my opinion on what I consider better assurance that Zenergy will not dilute more. I have exchanged email with Mr. Luiten and have found him straight forward and concerned with his public image. I would believe his statement that he would not place a new shares into the float over a PR saying half of the 400 million shares the Company could dilute with were retired. The other half is still there!

I would prefer Mr. Luiten's statement over a hyped indication in a PR. My question is, why wouldn't you?
