ESR is the real deal, I like him, I contacted him he was honest and very very straight forward, we spoke at GREAT length and he has earned my loyalty! The key points:

-He was very distraught about todays events. He HAS NOT CANNOT AND WILL NOT issue any shares above and beyond our 495 Million.

-There will for sure be a ceratin amount of stock brought out of the market, not retired or cancelled. It technically is'nt even in the market at the moment! The amount of shares that are freely tradable at this time will blow you away! Far less that anyone even thinks. It is a sizable certificate.

- He may explain todays activity tomorrow, the activity and the fact there IS NO DILLUTION HERE to warrant the flat price with 115 Million traded. (This will be huge IMO)

- There is only one acquisition from todays company, this is good! The other website did have the FDA issue Don found (good find Don!), We gave a lot less also for the one entity, a LOT LESS!

- There is a lot more to discuss and very soon (therefore he is starting a pr blitz soon and rightfully so.)

- He wants the price much higher as It attracts better everything, funding, acquisition deals, is this too much to ask for?

-I will be calling pinksheets on behalf of the company tomorrow pushing to have the Caveat Emptor removed this week, making sure this is rectified. (anything I can do to help)

This is a great company, run by a guy giving it his all. We did not discuss any information contained in any future prs, acquisitions or anything deemed insiderish. I own shares, I will only react on news and all this is public knowledge as we speak. The guy showed me a lot today, we spent a lot of time, I am also working on bringing 1-2 potential acquisitions to the table. I will be making the introductions this week.

We are in something real special and am proud to own what I do now. I will hold until they give me what I want and we deserve. It should have happened by now, I feel it will FOR SURE AND POSSIBLY SOON.

Heres to the longs and the people like mm107, P2D, Texas, Lookin and a few others here that convinced me to believe in ESR, and therefore I took the ambition to contact him.

We are holding the real deal here, once the small flipping ends and people quit trying to make .001 we will scream, it is 100% and I could not feel any better about anything in the market at this moment!
