It's a good dd find and definitely appears to be an intercompany relationship since they share a CFO with us, I just think that they are not likely husband and wife.

I'm just thinking out loud that Eric is more likely a cousin/nephew (or even son) to Penny, rather then the vision of them sitting around the dinner table together as husband and wife.
