Thanks K, I'm down loading it now! This one is "fancy" being for Windows and all! The old DOS program only ran well on my 80086 processor in my original XT. Newer computers made it fly by too quickly.

I'll report back if it's still like I remember it.

For those who don't remember the REAL BLACK MONDAY, here's some info.....
http://www.facts.com/cd/v00066.htm

Now this next item interests me. Gonna have to try one for Lunch!

BLACK MONDAY
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
- 1 oz Black Sambuca
- Glassware: Cocktail Glass

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Best regards, Tom

Somehow I'd never thought of computer stockmarket games. Kinda interesting. Windows prog doesnt do me much good, but I did find the DOS version of Black Monday (which can run on Linux's dos emulator and I am sure most all Windows OS capable of dos) at:

Its for sure very early dos program although not earliest version. I think there must have been complaints of it going too fast on other than very earliest PCs because this version seemed to have lot built in delays. I was actually getting annoyed at how slow the stock ticker part of program ran. I finally saw an authors note that you can speed it up by adding "--" in front of player name when picking name at begining. Be aware it is limited to 10 rounds before program ends and gives you a comment on your stock picking abilities.
