Thanks K, I'm down loading it now! This one is "fancy" being for Windows and all! The old DOS program only ran well on my 80086 processor in my original XT. Newer computers made it fly by too quickly.

Somehow I'd never thought of computer stockmarket games. Kinda interesting. Windows prog doesnt do me much good, but I did find the DOS version of Black Monday (which can run on Linux's dos emulator and I am sure most all Windows OS capable of dos) at:
Its for sure very early dos program although not earliest version. I think there must have been complaints of it going too fast on other than very earliest PCs because this version seemed to have lot built in delays. I was actually getting annoyed at how slow the stock ticker part of program ran. I finally saw an authors note that you can speed it up by adding "--" in front of player name when picking name at begining. Be aware it is limited to 10 rounds before program ends and gives you a comment on your stock picking abilities.
