you're right. land in shanghai averages about $1,000 per square meter (google)or $100 per square foot. 50 acres means 2.19 million square feet. let's say this land is valued only $50 per square foot. THE LAND ITSELF WORTH MORE THAN $100 million or 600 million RMB. not bad on the balance sheet.
