all true except it may not be considered a "shell" in the true sense....still an acqusition and not a merger though, and i imagine they came with a "FULL HOUSE"....they wouldn't have gone this route w/o holding a decent hand.

can't wait to see this unfold shortly....

hoping another stock of mine hits first and i get a chance to buy some 3s

So it is the buyer's stock which continues to be traded. The buyer was Zenergy? But, is it not PTPCs stock, later that symbol changed to ZENG which continued to be traded. How does that all fit with your Reverse Acquisition?

Paradigm changed its name to Zenergy. That's why Zenergy is a seven year old Delaware Corporation.

good teaching point post...many are waning on ZENG because they are not rich in a day...I say good riddance...Maybe this thing works out maybe it doesn't but it is so early in the new game from where the previous company flatlined and this one began....I was lucky enough not to buy the top but if I did and was still holding I'd look to double down...I have been nibbling this dip....A reversal maybe right around the corner.. JMHO
