Per the definition of an acquisition that Zenergy did here the old company ceases to exist so therefore I called the old company a shell. I also called the old company a shell because I don't believe the old company had any products that were saleable. Either way it doesn't matter since you are right the acquisition was completed and Zenergy is the surviving entity. I also agree that ZENG would not have taken this route without holding at least a "full house". Based on the experiences of the management and the BOA I am hoping they are holding something like a "royal flush". LOL. GLTY.
Unfolding very fast IMHO. Zenergy has jumped through hoops very quickly with A/S reduction. And changing name/ticker; I heard that process usually takes longer than it took ZENG.
