My thoughts on OSCI. Either we have one big seller unloading shares, or, the company is issuing some more shares to raise cash, but hasn't filed as yet. Over the counter stocks don't abide by the same rules as the listed companies must do, so they could sell first and file later. Only a possibility not a fact. The most glaring thing I see here, is that although big blocks of shares were being dumped the past 3 days, there was always someone waiting there to buy them no matter how many were being offered. The fact that all this selling is taking place, but, the stock keeps trending higher is great news. While allowing all these shares to be sold, but continuing to buy them all up, even as the price continues to rise, is very bullish to me. The seller is selling for whatever the reason, but I have to wonder why the big buyers continue to buy up all the available shares, even though they're paying a higher price each day ?????? There are no secrets in the stock market, therefore the folks who continue to buy up all these cheap, but somehow very desireable shares, have to know a lot more than any of us on this board do. I don't know a thing about charting stocks, but I strongly believe in the tape action that takes place, and this one is very strong tapewise. I agree, it's taking a while to break out as much as we expect it to, but sometimes when you least expect it, a stock just takes off. Unless you're a day trader, and bought and sold enough shares to make some real money on this one, in my mind it would be plain crazy to sell this stock anytime soon.
