"Q" stocks as a condition of any bankruptcy cannot issue any new shares as a rule..So that eliminates that as an option. Since there is suggestion of reorganization with Oscient; by rule, then and only then can the company issue new shares...
BTW, I don't see the weakness of dumping you suggest...With 30+ million OS it takes a while to churn to nice .05 support..Still under the radar, imo..The upward gap is now very alluring..
