Thanks for your answer but again isn't this a heck of a risk for Nokia, to put a ban of product sales and them being a foreign compnay in the hands of U.S. congressional peoples hands and they deciding if 4 U.S. patents had not been infringed containing 16 claims? It might be a little different if it was Finland but valid patents hmmm, I say thats high stakes poker for sure, unless repeat unless a prior agreement has been reached on a if we are found to infringe, then they wouldn't have nothing to lose other than what they had agreed on, otherwise as I said it sould be high stake poker.
