whizzer: An unrelated ubject. Yesterday I found something that I wasn't aware of. Apparently If there is an adverse decision by the Commission, and IDCC files an appeal with the Federal Circuit, in that court action IDCC is the Appellant, v. the ITC as the Appellee, and Nokia, as an Intervenor. Therefore, IDCC has two parties filing briefs against it. Any comments as to the possible effect of this?
