I believe you could be semi-right..You won't have the word Hartcourt to kick around after the "REVERSE TAKEOVER..But it certainly isn't the "education thing running it's course". If you look at my prior posts you will see that Sino-Canada High School is actually in "education"..Same field as the old Hartcourt, soon to be "Maple China Education Inc"..
A little assumption here but maybe just maybe the take over by Sino-Canada, and the share price at 88 cents, just might be the key to get off of OTBB and to a more legitimate exchange..
