Hi Welles: One comment; The credit card companies send out gazillions of pre-approved credit cards. They know and expect a certain percentage will never be repaid. But with their rates at 20% and now 8-10% the "losses" are merely a cost of doing business. They know what they are doing. I prefer not to comment on the lending practices of banks. You seem to be doing it.
