This racket Maven is exposing just how over its head this "we got money, want mortgage loan; piece of cake, come and get it!!!" reveals how scandously easy it is to get credit these days.
I give credit to my potential buyer of a property of mine when he went out and paid for himself for a private full appraisal after i had allowed him to read my appraisers report.
I will never know what his appraisser reported, but i got my price demanded after he saw his own reoprt.
Banks that can be scammed by phony appraissals is just the tip of the iceberg of how sloppy the lending game has become.
This sloppiness is what is pressing our credit bubble to that level that is like that exciting moment when as a kid i'd see another kid really on a roll in that he had gotten a massive DoubleBubble Gum Pink Balloon to the level where you can't see his face and his feet are beginning to lose contact with earth: it is exciting at that point because you KNOW what is coming next!(vbg)
