Thanks pianoman, but I'm not a telecom expert. I've followed IDCC intently since 1998 and have religiously follow the boards. I know patents fairly well, but have focused mostly in the medical field; however, I'm not an attorney. I've experienced the same issues IDCC is facing today from both sides.
