Thughts about the stock price based on TA and past history.
I continue to believe we have the 'goods' ....as to prevailing....it becomes easier to understand that
' justice ' [?] does not always prevail in our way or time or in a any way that makes sense.
In the face of uncertainty ,today's lowered financial guidance and a makret that's moving into two seasonally weak months we are due for a bit of a rough ride. In reviewing our past debacles we will make our true lows over the next 2 days. We will then bounce around establish a trading range being influeced by market currents.
We breached our strongest support level today of 22. Resistance is now just above 23.50. I believe we may drop below the 20's for a bit as support is weak and resolve questionable. These will be the strong buying opportunities,but they will require patience,resolve and unquestionable belief that IDCC will prevail.
As to new licensee's this year..... that's out. ....It's now another waiting game.
so..now it's another time game with hopeful probabilities and
the "Ifs'
If the commision reviews the case....as always I am certain they will.
If they review .... Will they review all or part of the decision?....not as important.
If they rule in our favor.. how long for the appeal process?
We will have to wait....
I must admit I definitey had my blinders on .... I was so certain we would win this round....I have aquired a much higher level of humility as a result of this ruling.

ps.good cc imho..would have liked to hear a buy back.I Thought the timing for earnings guidance though negatjve was best now..get the bad stuff out of the way.
