ness. You're right. Idcc lost it's case to nokia and no question about that. I'm not sure though about idcc taking a lesser rate only because I think it's possible nokia isn't offering much.
I'm thinking the only options idcc has is to hope for a reversal in an appeal which nokia has the upper hand or go to Deleware or take some other legal action. I believe if nokia had a decent offer yet on the table, even if it is less than idcc has been asking, idcc would be happy to go for it. Course, maybe i'm wrong, but jmho.
