But they did sell 1.5 bil shares to consumate the deal. Others here have tried to and the same as you tried to make that into straight out dilution.
Using shres to consumate a deal in my oppinion is good use if in fact its to create an enterprise. Somebody agreed with me since they gave them the money to go forward.
With that in mind this is not over as some suggest nor is it the CES show as others have reverted to by posting and excepted by this monitor but shows that this is progressing and whatever is staed here hasn't stopped it one bit.
