I think most on this board are of sound mind and kind of understand common sense. Do you think the average juror will believe that the patents are valid, and hopefully essential and they are not being infringed if they are essential?
I still think a settlement will be forthcoming. I may be putting lipstick on a pig but even the judge said one patent was enforceable, which once again makes no sense. At least all the patents are valid. One never knows what influences a judge, could it be he made a bad decision, been caught in bed with a mistress, got a new yacht, or none of the above.
