actually it is not a P&D, it is all the uneducated investors getting out, getting back in and not really having any education as to why the stock does what it does
so as a consequence on a daily (if not minute by minute) basis they watch and react
it would be in the best interest of behl to try and stablize its investor base of which a considerable portion are amature investors jmo
