if I were BEHL I'd add this to their list of priorities and put it above "interviews"

But when the purpose is to sell stock and there is no real concern for the share price, why would they not do the interviews? The interviews paired with compensated IRP's is meant to herd the cattle into the chute and create volume so those who pay for IRP services can sell stock.

It's rather obvious this is a pump and dump is it not?
