you are wrong. pink sheet stocks are quoted and traded without up to date financials. If this violates a rule, as u seem to think, it doesn't change the FACT that they do.
This stock has been quoted traded and had a market since 2003 without SEC filings or financials. !!!! ITs a PINK SHEET stock. If brokers don't want to make a market in the stock it will have unsolicited quotes only.
I get the feeling you think JAGR/ACIT is something a lot bigger than it really is. This is one of the few name change/rm's that didnt involve a reverse split. The current bid is 500% higher than my average here. So I'm happy.
