EarnestDD, this is why XYNH MUST, I say MUST!! by now have submitted their Ideas, for a possible Patent to the US Government Patent Dept, many weeks or Months ago.
At the very least they must have it Patent Pending, if this is the case, then their Patent Pending status will protect XYNH from any copy cats.
I know Years ago I tried to have one of my personal Ideas patented, it was Called A Audio Video Casstte Projector , i did came close in receiveing a Patent, but sorry to say, I could not get the patent, but under Patent Pending Status, I was Protected for awhile, until my Patent agent informed me I was Infringing on part of another persons already patented device.
XYNH Must have this Hydrogen Assists Deviced Patent Pending at once, I hope to hell it is already Patent Pending from Last year's past PR's. ?? but they keep everything so HusH, HusH, that no one really knows what they have done, or do not have Patent Pending or not at this time.??
Insane if they do not have it at the very least Patent Pending as of now. IMO
Oh well I see we Diped into the 4's yet again, I wish this XYNH can either PUT up already, or Shut up already, and shut down all their operations, this BS has gone on far enough, and No, not even I do not have the patience to wait another year or two. NO Way in the world. So XYNH if you are reading these Message boards, you must get all your IDEAS at the very least Protected, and the ONLY!!, ONLY!! way you can do this by Patent Law, is to have your Inventions, at the very least Recorded as Patent Pending with a Number to prove it, if not you have all waisted all of my time and my few Dollars I put into XYNH. as well as of course many other Long XYNH shareholders as well.
Put up or Shut down, no in betweens from this day going forward. IMO
I pray it was not in vain, and you guys know what the importance of haveing ALL yout Ideas under Patent Pending Status at once. IMO
