Interestingly enough .... I have had Patent Agents tell me that displaying an unpatented product invalidates your right to a Patent.
E.G. going to a trade show and displaying your invention makes your invention Prior Art.

It might be the same exclusion for XYNH with their Video.

The Video might severely limit XYNH from EVER patenting this product.
