I responded to your answer and you seem to have ignored my response. Please review the following linked post since the referenced filings show clearly that Javelin doesn't hold any significant amount of shares. If they hold any it is less than 5% since they aren't listed. It's obvious that the position they held in 2004 has effectively changed hands.
Btw, an attorney reviewed the accuracy of all the filings.
And, to finally put this Javelin issue to rest I called Jim Bickel, the CEO of S3 Investments and following is his response to my question about Javelin being involved with S3 Investments:
Here’s clarification regarding your concern that some shareholders may be under the impression that S3 Investments is still involved with Javelin Advisory. Javelin was previously under contract to provide Corporation Services, compliance, accounting, corporate address etc. This agreement ended in early 2006 when new (current) management took over. The office was moved to Danville, California, and a corporate controller and a compliance officer were hired and all the functions were moved in house. Upon hiring, there were releases giving their backgrounds. Since the cancelling of the Javelin agreement the Company has not used any Javelin services nor do they plan to in the future.
As can be seen in the filings which list all shareholders that own beneficially more than 5% of the outstanding stock, Javelin Advisory isn’t listed.
This misunderstanding of the Javelin situation does come as a surprise because all the changes were fully disclosed and released to the public at the time.
Jim Bickel
In Reply To 'GOLDENBOLLOX' ***You asked the question and I gave you the answer, Nicholas Investments morphed into Javelin Advisory Group who are the proud owners of preferred shares of SIVC. So show me anywhere where the ownership of these shares have changed hands and I will retract everything I have posted on the subject.
