You asked the question and I gave you the answer, Nicholas Investments morphed into Javelin Advisory Group who are the proud owners of preferred shares of SIVC. So show me anywhere where the ownership of these shares have changed hands and I will retract everything I have posted on the subject.

Filings please not some BS from the IR guy.

Disclaimer - I am not a basher, disgruntled ex-employee, hedge fund employee etc etc. I am a regular guy who is fed up with people being scammed.
