If it had been a long that had been in from the lows...why in the world would he dump 10's of millions of shares (in an at market sale supposedly) and collapse the stock price by 65% in a matter of 75 seconds only a minute before the company was about to make it's biggest announcement in the company history that was sure to skyrocket the stock price? That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
