Chilar,
I reviewed the "other" board and help me follow the bouncing ball:
1. TK Holdings/stock is owned primarily by RB?
2. Treaty Energy is TK Holdings and still also owned primarily by RB?
3. TECO bought Treaty?
Xylan...I think this is about PBLS and the connection among the principals.
Have I followed the bouncing ball correctly?

If TECO was owned by PBLS, they wouldn't be filing BK. TECO Energy is solvent and appears to be prospering. This does not make sense.
