I find it rather suspicious that on 3-12-09, XXXX filed with the SEC, and i quote "XXXX is owned 100% by Phoenix Associates Land Syndicate". And then on 3-17-09, an amended was issued that omits that. Out of all the companies publicly traded, which are 1000's, they are connected to Phoenix. Makes you wonder what the truth really is. Remember, one poster here claiming they were producing 50 bpd in Jan.
