PennyJones, good point;

Insinuates is a good word to use. Go back and read the Press Releases over the last 8 years. Some have been rehased several times and many make you believe that UNDT is doing things. My computer did not have enough memory left to store them so I stopped keeping track LOL!

Trade and make $$$.

Good luck.

A lot of companies hold patents and other rights, but do not have the money or resouces to make the actual finished goods. This is for sure more of the rule then the exception in BB land. Without doing much research, I would not think that anyone would get into a contract with a firm, if they thought they could get a better price, or the same product from another. UNDT would act more as the marketing and sales arm then a Manufacture. That is where the money is. I would guess that the other firm can not sell the same product that UNDT is selling due to infringements. Now if they are marketing the same product in some other fashion, that would blow this out of the water. But, my guess is that they are not.

They are not a reseller. They hold the license on the tech which they have used to develop the product they are selling. There is no middleman. UNDT just does not manufacture their own devices:

Universal Detection Technology (UNDT) has licensed a spore detection technology from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) and has developed a first of its kind real-time continuous detection device capable of identifying abnormal levels of bacterial spores in the air, an indication of a possible anthrax attack. The Company constantly seeks to license new technologies based on which it can transform cutting edge science into tangible and everyday products. Additionally, the Company offers its expert advice to customers with regards to a variety of subjects including post and pre incident planning, bio-terror detection for large events, and drafting customized security plans for customers interested in taking a proactive approach against bio-terrorism.
