Many stores have been named, and numerous people posting here from all over the US have been able to find these product where they said we could; CVS, True Value, Krogers, Costco, etc, etc. It is true they are not everywhere yet, but they will eventually fill in the gaps. It is strategic and smart to start with the high density areas where your advertising is most widely seen.
None of those "customers" you name are listed in the company's SEC filings as being a part of the "99.4% of total sales". They list five unknown entities and Walgreens.
