You have repeated that same rant on several occasions, almost verbatum.
The first portion is just conjecture so it will be ignored.
Then you add that,"Guess what? There are still no spongetech sponges to be found anywhere in Europe." And you know this because....you have traveled far and wide?
Then you say, "Faked legal opinion letters." Are we back on that dead horse again? Let it die in peace man. Let it go.
Next statement is an opinion.
You then say, " Major customer list claimed in most recent filings has no footprint outside of Walgreens". You must be kidding. Many stores have been named, and numerous people posting here from all over the US have been able to find these product where they said we could; CVS, True Value, Krogers, Costco, etc, etc. It is true they are not everywhere yet, but they will eventually fill in the gaps. It is strategic and smart to start with the high density areas where your advertising is most widely seen.
You close with, "As I said to one person today, a stock scammers multitude of sins can not be covered simply by buying advertising in Baseball Parks, on football jerseys and at soccer matches". Oh, where to begin? A stock scammers multitude of sins. Is this your crack at poetry? If whom you speak of has never convicted of any felony in any court related to any company, public or private, what grounds do you have to base anything on that is any more than pure speculation?
As for advertising in Baseball Parks, football jerseys, and soccer matches, I guess we know you're not an advertising guy, hunh? Baseball is America's game, it has sold more beer and other products in America than anything except maybe, oh yeah, FOOTBALL. Which is great, until you consider that soccer is the WORLD's GAME ,watched by EVERYONE else in the world outside of America.
As for Walmart, who knows what the deal is. It's not like they don't want to be there, and Walmart wants what they want, when THEY want it. Should that mean that we pick up our ball and go home? It's rediculous, the market is huge and they know it and they will continue to expand and make deals with more and bigger chains with bigger names as time moves on, as we are already witness to.
As a hedge, you may want to go long a few million...oh yeah you can't...the floats already dry. Guess you already knew that though.
