Can a pinksheet stock be removed from the L2's into the greys by the company itself... for any kind of logical reason...or do they only visit the greys by only SEC action in delisting it themselves? Since the greys aren't published...it would seem to be an area where deals could be cut on the down low.
The stock in question has always been given a quote...but then a week ago it became N/A. Today it pops back up with a bid and ask...by only one market maker. The same market maker that's been seen on the L2's for the past month alone.
Second question...Is the market maker knows as 'LABS' known to frequent penny stocks? They serve as a specialist to the likes of IBM, Exxon and 3M.
