Exactly, he will never hand them over. That is why I was saying all docs have not been collected and given to the judge. They will never do that.

I am sure WMI has what they need, if for some Trillion to One long shot JPM let discovery happen, I am sure that WMI will look for docs they don't have that will help fill in the gaps and timelines, because they don't have them all.

Early in school you learn on a true/false test, if the words always, all, everything, etc are used, then it is false. I just felt his use of the words ALL, EVERYTHING especially in caps and quoted were misleading. Especially in answer to the question that was asking specifically about 08/01 discovery docs that JPM is supposed to produce.
