Forget about discovery IMO.

Jaime Dimon will never handover his computer, paper work, executive secretary's computer, phone logs and Blackberry.

People at that level will never allow themselves to be humiliated and deposed for hours and several times.

Watch, they will ask for more time and if we accept to give them more time, then a deal is being worked out really soon.
