But if the mole(s) communicated with anyone connected to the planned crime of stealing a company, on equipment under the control of WMI, Iron Mountain is almost guaranteed to have a record of it.

Perhaps JPM has been or will be doing this in the not to distant future.

Sorry I have been on the road today and just got home. But I agree with you nj. IMO Weil and company already have hard evidence. But need the 2004 ruling to submit it without question. That’s why WMI filed the lawsuit in the first place,

I asked the "purging of documentation" question a while ago and was informed that transaction documents and others are held at, I believe it was called, Iron Mountain. I'm still not sure how this works but others felt that JPM can't get rid of old documentation.

Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken!!!

I agree, though there may be attempts to destroy incriminating files and emails, it would be nearly impossible to get every piece of evidence with all of the back up and redundant servers protecting ALL company info.... especially with financial institutions. The odds that they got it all is slim and none. There will be rats singing with the fat lady when this is all said and done. JD will get grilled unless he settles.
