I agree.... Weil has an ACE up his sleeve already. That is why he is pushing for "limited discovery". The silver bullet is already loaded in the gun.... now he waits to pull the trigger legally.
He has his reputation on the line here... and he is not walking into the discovery phase hoping he might find something. Weil is who he is because he plans out everything. He knows what JPM attorneys responses will be ahead of time, he knows the BK laws and processes inside and out and most of all.... he knows something dirty about JPM. That is why this is all headed in the direction it is in. IMHO of course.
