I'm not that experienced either but here's my 2cents. People know wamu went bk and still majority of people think WAMU is done. I tried to convince everybody around me to buy wamu stock since last yr but they never listen. One of my co-workers had more money few months ago but he never listened and now he's kicking himself.

This stock may run or it may not. You just never know but according to some DD there was a good chance of big pay off. I sure didn't see $36pps coming for P's but my patience paid off. Everybody around me told me to sell but I trusted my gut feeling. Fortunately wamuq is still really cheap. You can afford to spend a few hundred to realize 10X your portfolio. It's difficult to double your investment in stocks. Besides there's no way in hell I'd be able to retire working at my job as a chemist. I didn't want to be on sideline when something big happens and regret missing an opportunity of a lifetime. Beware though if you're in don't watch stock prices everyday.

There are millions that don't follow this stuff regularly. Others who just dont have spare cash to get in to the stock market. There are numerous reasons.

At the end of the day I think it's plain old common sense.

If JPM believe they did everything above board and have nothing to hide then they'll go to court and fight it all the way in front of a trial jury. Then who knows what will happen... However, if they know that they SCREWED EVERYONE then perhaps it would be wise for them to reconsider and settle before Maydoff makes some room for the culprits who were involved in their theft.

The price, again your guess is as good as mine. I love the numbers shown here and they make sense but again who knows.

This is a risk stock. I've done good here and wish I didn't leave. I kept a small holding but not what I once had. I'm buying back tomorrow.Since I sold some i"m still in the same pps however I can't get bavk to my full position right now. If things where a Little diffenrt I could have gotten back what I had and then some. I got in around .05 first and road it up to where we are now.Well I was trying to double my position but failed. Anyway If you decide to come on board, Do your buy and sit, Don't look at the movement every day . It'll come. It's all with timing and the time here is going and looking good. Even with my lose of leaving Wamu for 3 weeks what I still hold and am buying back tomorrow in the long run will out do my lost in other places and will be very happy. I was trying to be greedy and it bit me in the arse. There are a lot of good hearted people here with great DD's. They helped me out greatly. Spend some time reading the post here and go way way back about 3 months. If you never did DD's before this is a crash course on it. I'm not crying about spilt milk, things could have been better like buying back in 3x the amount I had. Well this is how things go.There a lot of potential here and it looks good, just takes time.

Use your best judgment. This is not the typical stock. It is a stock that is currently in BK "Q". Before you invest, please read everything and there are a select few here and on the Y! boards that can be reliable. - No offense to anyone.-

However, I feel that the odds are better here than in Vegas. Read all post's here and on Y!.
