I can assure you that Steve is not tormented with anything about this, he's told numerous people that what they are doing is right, that Dr. Pandey is the root of all of Xechem's problems and that they are going to save the company post-bankruptcy. What I find odd though is that he talked about a named-patient program in Europe, yet for a year and a half they didn't lift a finger to get it started prior to bankruptcy, why is that. I know this because it was in the minutes of the board meeting that they voted to file bankruptcy. I found it interesting that you'd talk about things like this when you're filing for bankruptcy, but a few months prior when you had a conference call with the shareholders you're not talking about it. They also mentioned the fact that they thought they could lose the Nicosan license by filing bankruptcy, but yet they still filed a lawsuit against NIPRD, Dr. Inyang and the Minister of Health...
