The NSS on SPNG has been proven when you compare the NOBO list with the DTCC docs. Several months ago such a comparison was made with SPNG by those with access to those docs and it showed a substantial NSS.
When the last formal OS count was released, it was also proven with just a quick head count of shares in the hands of retail investors that rapidly exceeded the legitimate float by even more than the previous count did with the NOBO and DTCC docs.
Not only is it a FACT that there is an NSS, but it's been growing for quite a while now.
On the contrary, it is up to the person claiming the "fact" to prove it. Until proof is provided, it is little more than an unsubstantiated assertion about SPNG's O/S being that high.
