Very unlikely there's any NSS to speak of...Checked the fail to deliver list lately?

Here's a more likely scenario. I found this very polite exchange at yahoo.....(Excuse me if this info has already been brought here)

It seems that SPNG issued 415,327,000 shares to RME at par value ($0.001/share) during the 3 months ending Feb. 28, 2009 for $415,327.

The $415,327 figure is included in the Stockholders Equity section of the Balance Sheet, but the 415 million shares are not accounted for in the 1.250 million (Feb 28, 2009) and 723 million (April 16, 2009) O/S figures.

The new O/S figures from this 10-Q SEC filing:

should now be:

Feb. 28, 2009:
O/S = 1.250 billion + 415 million = 1.665 billion shares

April 16, 2009:
O/S = 723 million + 415 million = 1.138 billion shares
