Joseph, here's a chart. Does the thin red line roughly describe what you're trying to say? If yes, then I see the support of the blue line being more significant than the resistance of the red one.
This market is not likely to go below 900 anytime in the month of August, in my opinion. This structure is bullish, bullish--especially the two weekly candlesticks now closing above the blue line.
