I never thought of this as anything more than a shell, but a shell that was brought out of BK (WHY?), and a shell with a float of like 750 Thousand shares. How many solid, clean vehicles are sitting ready for a company to enter the public markets with a float of 750K?
Some say lottery. I say, a very attractive vehicle for the right company. I think there was definitely a purpose in mind right before the banking crisis. Perhaps as things improve, that purpose will rear its head again, or even a brand new one. Regardless, with this share structure, put a half-decent company in GWOW, and we leap by dollars perhaps.
My bet still goes. Let someone try to take a 200K position, and I say they will have to push it to over $1.00 to accomplish that -- maybe $2.00 Not making a statement of current value, simply the extremely limited nature of shares available.
