The text filing cites a film number [09004846], which is also shown on the photocopy. So the text submission and the photocopy of the form D are a set.

Looks kinda like the Ohio corp(GWOW) is filiing the 504 to assign the shares involved with the CD to GWOW, while the money received for the shares goes to the Canadian corp(TSX:GWI). Is that possible?
