Yes...and we all realize President Bush isn't the most eloquent speaker... at times, thus people have a tendency to under-estimate his intelligence.

The ploy to deliberately rattle him may work, unfortunately.

But then it doesn't say much for the public's intelligence, IMO.. if they can't see through the subterfuge.
