No, don't think so. The meeting was in the middle of the summer. People are away, the market's lethargic. If they'd issued just one PR, they wouldn't have any ammo left.
I think they SHOULD have put all this stuff out at once, but evidently they think it's more effective to do it this way. And as you've seen, that's turned out to be true: CMKX got a little bounce yesterday, and it's holding it today. Another plus is that doing it they way they're doing it, they can still keep a great deal of information undisclosed. I think they want shareholders to be confused, and they've pretty much succeeded in that.
Also: there are a lot of momo players in CMKX. If they don't get news at least every once in awhile, they sell and leave. This series of announcements seems designed to keep people invested in the stock until the end of October at least.
