zippo, if you can get in touch with them before they get there, please see if they can answer for the board:

1) How close are we to having saleable concentrate and is there a guess when that will happen?
2) Have they made any progress in making the simple filing to become Pink Sheet compliant?
3) People have been rumoring on the boards about disgruntled employees. Can they clear that up?
$0 I would say ask about the suits, but they probably would not/could not answer that and if we get to the saleable concentrate, they probably quickly disappear anyway.
