Today marks day number two of Miami Swim Week 2010. If you don’t know what that is by now, think barely clad models sashaying down the catwalk in the newest swimwear, plenty of celebrity sightings, uber chic hotels and lots of parties in South Beach. Right now in Miami, that’s what’s hot or as many denizens like to say: “muy caliente.” And tonight, local designer and boutique owner Stacy Josloff will be heating up the summer air (as if it could get any hotter here) with her sexy Inca brand fashion show. Josloff is unveiling her cruise collection at the W South Beach with Wilhelmina models and special guest actress and model Cindy Taylor at 9 p.m. The Inca brand is best known for its classic string bikinis, halter tops with brief bottoms and one pieces that range from $170 to $400. There’s also a “mini me” line for the fashionistas in training. Josloff’s edgy swimsuits consist of everything from fringe, Lycra leather, embroidery, beads, prints, vibrant colors and metallics, while her cover-ups include floor skimming ethereal dresses, boho tunics, shimmering sequin tops and sarongs with prints. If you can’t make it to the show this evening, don’t fret. Her swanky beach shack-styled boutique at the Gansevoort is brimming with plenty of garbs to make you look like a beach goddess. Not to mention a hodge podge of goods such as Mystique sandals, Marcie Fleck jewelry, Chrome Hearts sunglasses and White+Warren cashmere -- making it the perfect one-stop shop for all your beach wear essentials.
