This topic of "E&A (Roger Glenn)....their client list, have they ever represented an octbb/pink company before, etc." has been discussed on this board so many times.
I can't follow the board on a regular basis....
....and for months I can't remember a day that has passed when I have had the time to read/scan the board this "topic" has not at least had a mention.
I do recall about 3 or 4 weeks ago....this was again one of the "evening topics" of the board....and I do recall JShell was one of the individuals contributing to the dicussion that evening....I don't remember who some of the other posters were, and I don't have the time right now to search back for this particular evening's post exchanges in this regard....and if I had the time to do the search...I don't have the need or the desire to do the search....(perhaps another board member will also remember the post exchanges I'm remembering)....
....I do remember there were links/copied court records etc posted
....and my point in saying the above is to say....
....it was during these discussions that somebody brought to the board the name of the company that was a client of E&A during the "dotcom era"....and if memory serves me correctly (and I'm sure I'm not far off with my thinking/memory of those post exchanges that evening)....
....if I am remembering correctly....this company was trading above the $4.00 PPS range....and too....whatever the "shaded" issues that eventually surrounded this company, or an individual with this company were....
.....it was in fact determined (links etc were provided) that E&A ended up representing the owner/partner/largest stockholder (I'm not certain which) in this legal issue....and the person(s) they were representing was not the person(s) on the "wrong" side of the legal issue....
.....and the law firm E&A was successful in their efforts to positively resolve the issue of any wrong doing by the individual(s)...(whatever the outcome/settlement was....it was in the favor of E&A/client).
I'm sorry...I don't recall the poster/member that brought the links etc. to the board.
JaniceShell always seems to have total recall so I'm confident you could ask JS to provide a link to the thread of that evening's discussion on this "topic".
I do remember after links etc were posted that evening the "topic" wasn't discussed further on that occasion.
Because I have never questioned the integrity/reputation of E&A....and because I do know legal firms of their standing are selective in the clients they agree to represent....and because I do know legal firms in E&A's league are not mere "puppets" of the clients they represent...I have always viewed their involvement with CMKX as nothing but positive.
Like I said...I know the post exchanges are here....I don't know the time frame etc. to search for them however.
