My only worry about a tax simplification plan is that the idea could be used to shift taxes even more onto the middle class and away from the wealthy few.
Their is a small grocer that I know not to far from me that has been sued more than once over ridiculous stuff... My sisters obstetrician is retiring early for this reason... He did not get sued but his Liability has gone through the roof because of suits like the one Edwards drove through...
